The Rosary of Saint Michael the Archangel is a special piece of devotion dedicated to the Holy Angels as a way of honoring them and asking for their protection against physical and spiritual evils. Unlike the Marian Rosary where we contemplate the life of Our Lord in the five mysteries, each mystery of the Rosary of Saint Michael represents one of the heavenly choirs: Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominations, Powers, Virtues, Principalities, Archangels and Angels, and we ask for their powerful help against the temptations of the enemy through the intercession of Saint Michael the Archangel.
The structure of the rosary consists of three Hail Marys separated by one Our Father nine times, completing the nine exaltations. In this way, the beads are arranged in such a way that each segment of the rosary provides a reflection on the different angelic hierarchies.
