1. General Conditions

  • The deadline for requesting exchanges or returns is 7 working days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and the invoice.

2. Reasons for Exchange or Return

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us for analysis and replacement.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Withdrawal or Regret: If you wish to return the product due to regret, it must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  2. Report:
    • Full name.
    • Order number.
    • Reason for exchange or return.
    • Photos of the product (if applicable, in case of defect or damage).

4. Analysis of the Request

  • Once we receive your request, we will review the information you submitted and get back to you within 5 business days with the next steps.
  • For defective or damaged products, you may be asked to return the item for technical analysis before sending a new product or refunding it.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Due to our defect or error: The shipping cost will be fully covered by Cantinho Sagrado .
  • In case of withdrawal or regret: The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back.

6. Refund Options

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
  • For credit card payments, the refund will be requested from the card operator and may take 7 to 15 business days to be processed.

7. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

  • Customized products, except in case of defect.
  • Products on sale, except in cases of defect or damage.
