3. How to Activate the Warranty

If you encounter a problem with your product, follow these steps to request warranty coverage:

  2. Report:

    • Order number.

    • Photos or videos that demonstrate the problem.

4. Resolution

Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, you can choose one of the options:

  • Exchange: Replacement for an equal or similar product (subject to availability).
  • Repair: Repair of the product, when applicable.
  • Refund: Refund of the amount paid, made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, the shipping cost will be covered by Cantinho Sagrado .
  • If the defect is not found, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

6. General Rules

  • The warranty is valid exclusively for products purchased directly from the official Cantinho Sagrado website.
  • It is essential to present the invoice or proof of purchase to activate the warranty.
