In this year of 2025, with the help of Saint Teresa of Jesus, we will have the opportunity to grow in intimacy with God through the life of Prayer.
At the beginning of each month we will bring a theme exposed by the Saint herself, in this way we will go through and meditate on the three virtues necessary for those who wish to begin this path of intimacy with God, after, we will meditate on a point of utmost importance in the doctrine of this master of spiritual life, “determination”, and we will finish by diving into the prayer that Our Lord Jesus taught us, the Lord's Prayer.
Our meditations are based on the doctrine taught by this great Saint and reformer of Carmel, taught by her in the book “The Way of Perfection”. Another new feature of My Prayer Diary 2025 is that every day we will have a phrase from Saint John of the Cross, taken from his works.
The goal of our Diary is to awaken intimacy with God and a desire to love and serve Him. Through a few steps: the Liturgy of the Church, the reading of reflections written by the Friars, and a dialogue with Jesus that the faithful themselves can write in the Diary.
