One of the most precious gifts of the Blessed Virgin to humanity was given on November 27, 1830, through Saint Catherine Labouré, a humble nun of the Congregation of the Daughters of Charity. This was on Rue De Lubac, in the center of Paris, in the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal.

On that day, according to the Seer, Our Lady appeared to her, showing her rings on her fingers encrusted with beautiful precious stones, “casting rays in all directions, each one more beautiful than the last”.

Then an oval frame was formed around the Virgin, at the top of which were written in gold letters the following words, the beautiful ejaculation: “O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you.”
