The purpose of the 2025 Lenten Itinerary is to help you pray throughout this period in which we will be more recollected, uniting ourselves more fervently to the Passion of Christ. In it, you will find, among other things: a space to record your prayer requests; tips on how to choose a penance for this year; a space to write about group 72 (led by Friar Gilson); prayers to help in appropriate moments and something very special: the approach to specific themes with phrases from the Saints, quotes from the Catechism, biblical verses for each mystery of the Rosary; in short, the Itinerary is full of new features that we have prepared especially for you!
Prepare yourself with the prayer of the Rosary, and then we will move on to the next steps: We will indicate the prayer to be prayed each day of the week, with different intentions and directions; a purpose for each day, teaching you to value more spiritually the experience of Lent; and another purpose, more practical, indicating and encouraging the exercise of virtues in this strong time, lived in our daily lives.
To take note and remember our experience during these 40 days, we can record the message that God transmitted to us in that Rosary, as well as, for the moments of the night, we can record our particular intentions for the mass, our reflection on the chapter of the book read and followed during Lent, “Life is Worth Living”; what most impacted you in that sermon, and finally the practical decisions that you will make for your life after this sermon.
