It is with a joyful heart that the author, Father Gabriel Vila Verde, brings you the second edition of this Devotional. It was prepared with prayers for all Roman Catholics, including the prayers most familiar to God's people. Prayer is a necessity of the soul. We were created and loved by God, and our souls only rest when we are in the presence of the Lord. That's why Jesus said to his disciples: "pray and watch" (Mt 26:41) .
