Image of the Last Supper

Golden and rich in detail, this resin image of the Last Supper . The half-moon shaped piece shows Jesus in the middle with his right hand raised, and on either side of him, the 12 disciples (some standing and others sitting). On the far left, Judas Iscariot looks at the ground and holds the bag of coins. At the front of the table is a jar with a basin and a cloth recalling the moment of the washing of the feet. The base providing all the necessary support for the image is dark brown and has gold details on the edges.

The Last Supper is an icon of Catholicism and many artists have painted and sculpted this important moment for the Church. On this occasion, Jesus instituted the sacrament of the Eucharist and the priesthood through bread and wine.
