Exchange and Return Policy

At Cantinho Sagrado , our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, follow the instructions below:


1. General Conditions
  • The deadline for requesting exchanges or returns is 7 business days after receiving the product, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, and accompanied by all accessories and the invoice.

2. Reasons for Exchange or Return
  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a defect or damage, contact us for analysis and replacement.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive an item different from the one requested, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation or Return: If you wish to return the product due to buyer's remorse, it must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  2. Report:
    • Full name.
    • Order number.
    • Reason for exchange or return.
    • Photos of the product (if applicable, in case of defect or damage).

4. Request Analysis
  • After we receive your request, we will review the information submitted and get back to you within 5 business days with the next steps.
  • For defective or damaged products, the item may need to be returned for technical analysis before a new product is sent or a refund is issued.

5. Shipping Costs
  • Due to a defect or our error: The shipping cost will be fully covered by Cantinho Sagrado .
  • For cancellation or change of mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back.

6. Refund Options
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
  • For credit card payments, the refund will be requested from the card issuer and may take 7 to 15 business days to be processed.

7. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned
  • Personalized products, except in case of defect.
  • Products on sale are not returnable, except in case of defect or damage.
