- The deadline for requesting exchanges or returns is 7 business days after receiving the product, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
- The product must be in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, and accompanied by all accessories and the invoice.
2. Reasons for Exchange or Return
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a defect or damage, contact us for analysis and replacement.
- Wrong Product: If you receive an item different from the one requested, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Cancellation or Return: If you wish to return the product due to buyer's remorse, it must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

- Report:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Reason for exchange or return.
- Photos of the product (if applicable, in case of defect or damage).
4. Request Analysis
- After we receive your request, we will review the information submitted and get back to you within 5 business days with the next steps.
- For defective or damaged products, the item may need to be returned for technical analysis before a new product is sent or a refund is issued.
5. Shipping Costs
- Due to a defect or our error: The shipping cost will be fully covered by Cantinho Sagrado .
- For cancellation or change of mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back.
6. Refund Options
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
- For credit card payments, the refund will be requested from the card issuer and may take 7 to 15 business days to be processed.
7. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned
- Personalized products, except in case of defect.
- Products on sale are not returnable, except in case of defect or damage.
